Supports the Reserve Partners in their collective effort to preserve, enhance and operate the Historic Reserve for public benefit through education, resource development, advocacy, community identity, programs and cultural events.

Coordinates the Celebrate Freedom programs which include the Flag Day Ceremony, 4th of July at the Historic Reserve (including the Sing 4th vocal contest), the Veterans Day Parade, the Marshall Public Leadership Award program, the Marshall Youth Leadership Award program and the General George C. Marshall Lecture Series. Other Trust events include the summer outdoor Movie Season and the annual society membership dinner.

Operates Pearson Air Museum and oversees event rentals as well as events such as the annual Hangar Dance, Dancing with the Local Stars, Open Cockpit Day, Aviation Summer Camp, Christmas at Pearson Air Museum, and more.

Holds the master lease for Officers Row and West Barracks properties, which enables the Trust to oversee property operation and development on the Historic Reserve.

Coordinates the Historic Reserve Education Master Plan and Long Range Plan in conjunction with Reserve Partners.

Provides financial support to the National Park Service for education programs such as Archaeology Field School and Campfires and Candlelight.
